It is far from a healthy value. So you can use substitutions at home to make it fit with nutrients. Instead of using white noodles to prepare Lasagna, which digests rapidly, also causing blood sugar spikes after eating, we can select whole wheat noodles, which stabilize the blood sugar. Lasagna doesn’t help lose weight as it is rich in high carbohydrates and fat. Nutrient content depends on what we use as ingredients. Most lasagnas have several nutrients in common.
